This Apopka home remodel is one of the most comprehensive projects we have taken on from start to finish. Nearly every surface in the house was touched, and the transformation from before to after is the kind that makes a home feel completely new without losing the character of the space.
The kitchen was a full gut. Walls came down to open the layout, and everything that went back in was new. White shaker cabinets run floor to ceiling on the perimeter walls with brushed gold hardware throughout. The island was built with a deep navy base that anchors the space and contrasts beautifully against the white uppers. White quartz countertops with dramatic veining cover every surface, and the backsplash is a Nova Dolomite Brass Polished Marble Mosaic that brings warmth and texture to the wall behind the range. A workstation sink sits in the island with a brushed gold faucet, and the appliance package includes a built-in wall oven and stainless French door refrigerator.
The primary bathroom received a full renovation. The shower walls are clad in Belucci Bianca Polished Porcelain Tile in a large 12x24 format, clean and bright against the matte black fixtures throughout. The shower floor is Bianco Carraro Clipped Diamond Polished Marble Mosaic, a refined detail that elevates the entire space. The accent wall behind the freestanding soaking tub features Tribeca Dolomite Polished Marble Mosaic framed in black metal trim, creating a focal point that draws the eye immediately upon entering the room. The primary bath and walk-in closet floors are District Gray Porcelain Tile, providing a grounded neutral base that ties the space together.
Beyond the kitchen and bath, the scope of this project extended throughout the entire home. Custom wainscoting and wall trim panels were installed in the dining room and living areas, adding architectural detail and a finished quality that the home was missing. A custom entertainment center was built with stained butcher block shelving that adds warmth and contrast to the surrounding millwork. New large plank wood look porcelain tile was installed throughout the entire house in a warm natural tone, with all new baseboard trim to match. The entire interior was freshly painted from top to bottom.
The result is a home that feels intentional in every room, where the finishes carry from one space to the next and everything works together as a cohesive whole.
