Matthew Collins

Founder and Co-Owner

Matthew was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and graduated from Boone High School before serving in the United States Army. That service shaped everything about how he runs Collins Kitchen and Bath — showing up on time, doing what you said you'd do, and never cutting corners.

Matthew manages the crew, coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors, and oversees scheduling from start to finish on every project.

Hannah Collins

Founder and Co-Owner

Hannah was born and raised in Central Florida and graduated from Lake Brantley High School before attending Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky. She co-founded Collins Kitchen and Bath alongside Matthew in 2016, helping build the business from the ground up.

Today Hannah's focus is at home, where she homeschools their children full time. She remains a trusted voice in the business — involved in key decisions on hiring, team culture, and the direction of the company. Every major decision at Collins Kitchen and Bath is still made together.

Keano Francis

Crew Leader

Keano has always had a passion for working with his hands and bringing creative visions to life from start to finish. Born in the U.S. Virgin Islands and raised in Central Florida, he began learning the trade at 16 under the guidance of a family friend, working as a handyman. At 19, he further honed his skills by attending HBI trade school, where he completed a carpentry pre-apprenticeship. His experience spans a variety of projects, including remodeling clubs and bars downtown, as well as working on Airbnbs and apartments. Keano has been with Collins Kitchen and Bath for nearly four years and serves as our crew leader, currently working toward the role of field operations manager.

Growing up in a family rooted in the remodeling industry shaped his strong work ethic and passion for quality craftsmanship. He earned a blueprint reading certification from ABC Contractor School, allowing him to accurately interpret plans and execute projects with precision. His experience includes tile installation, drywall, painting, woodworking, and light electrical and plumbing — making him one of the most versatile members of our crew.
