Some homeowners want us to bring everything together. Others have a designer or selections already in mind. We’ll help you choose the approach that fits.
Design & materials,

We work with trusted local design partners, including ProSource, to plan the space and produce a rendering. You review the layout and finishes, request adjustments, and approve the plan.
Collins then coordinates sourcing, orders, deliveries and the construction schedule. You make the selections; we manage the details.
A designer for
the whole vision.
For a more involved or fully custom project, a dedicated designer can guide the vision from start to finish, including furniture, décor and styling when needed.
Bring your own designer or work with one we can introduce. We coordinate with them so the design and construction stay connected.

Already know what you want? You can purchase your own products, and our team will install them with the same care we bring to every project.
We’re happy to talk through your selections before work begins. Product ordering, availability and delivery timing remain with you and your suppliers.

Projects requiring a permit also require the architectural layouts needed by the building department. Those requirements are separate from the level of design support you choose.
Before you choose
A few helpful answers.
Is design included?
On the design-and-materials path, there is no separate design fee because the design runs through the products Collins supplies. A dedicated designer bills separately. We’ll clarify the approach and scope before you move forward.
Can I bring my own designer?
Yes. We can collaborate with your designer or introduce you to one we work with. Collins coordinates the construction and trade work.
Can I see materials before choosing?
Yes. Local design partners and the Ferguson Home showroom offer opportunities to see products in person. We can also bring many samples to your estimate. Tell us which finishes you’d like to see.
What if I supply my own products?
You handle the selections, purchasing, delivery timing, backorders and product warranties with your suppliers. Collins handles the agreed construction and installation work.
