This Dr. Phillips primary bathroom in Bay Hill is built around light and open floor space. Two white floating vanities hang off the wall, each with its own backlit LED mirror, so the floor runs clean underneath them and the room feels bigger than it is.
A freestanding oval soaking tub sits under the plantation shuttered windows, with its own tub filler and hand shower. Across the room, the walk-in shower is fully enclosed in frameless glass, with large format porcelain on the walls, a recessed niche for storage, and a white mosaic floor around a center drain.
The glass block window stayed, and next to the new finishes it reads as a feature instead of a dated detail. Large format light porcelain on the floor, recessed lighting, and one soft white palette tie the whole room together. It is bright, calm, and easy to keep clean.
