Keene's Pointe Primary Bath Remodel Windermere, FL
This primary bathroom remodel in Keene's Pointe, Windermere called for a level of execution that matched the home it was in. The homeowners had a clear direction and we delivered it to the standard this community expects.
Espresso stained cabinetry runs the length of the vanity wall, topped with quartz countertops and paired with undermount rectangular sinks and chrome bridge-style faucets. Behind the vanity, a marble-look tile backsplash ties the surface finishes together and carries the material story into the shower and tub areas. Gold framed mirrors with chrome wall sconces flanking each sink bring warmth and light to the vanity without overwhelming the palette.
The walk-in shower is finished with large format marble-look tile from floor to ceiling, a recessed niche for storage, and a frameless glass enclosure that keeps the space feeling open. A drop-in soaking tub sits tucked into a tiled surround in the same marble-look tile, finished with a deck-mounted chrome bridge faucet and handheld shower attachment.
12x24 marble-look porcelain tile floors run throughout the space, keeping the palette clean and consistent underfoot. Crown molding ties the entire space together at the ceiling line.
The intentional mix of gold mirror frames against chrome fixtures gives the bathroom a layered, collected quality that reads more like a boutique hotel than a standard primary bath.
