Primary Bathroom Remodel | Winter Park, FL

This Winter Park primary bathroom was a full gut remodel — and one of the more thoughtful spatial redesigns we've taken on. The original layout had an exposed toilet with no privacy enclosure. As part of this project we built a dedicated water closet, giving the space the layout it should have had all along.

The centerpiece of the room is the relationship between the walk-in shower and the freestanding soaking tub, both wrapped in full slab natural stone — a dramatic veined white marble that runs continuously across the tub surround, shower walls, and into the floor. There are no grout lines interrupting the stone. The effect is seamless and unmistakably high-end.

The shower is fully enclosed in frameless glass with brushed gold hardware throughout. Inside, large format stone tile covers the walls, a recessed niche provides built-in storage, and a small hexagonal mosaic tile covers the shower floor — a classic detail that contrasts beautifully against the larger format stone. A ceiling-mount rain head and handheld wand complete the shower.

The vanity features white lower cabinets paired with a warm wood-stained tower cabinet — a two-tone combination that adds depth without competing with the stone. Brushed gold fixtures carry the hardware finish throughout the entire space.

The result is a bathroom that feels intentional from every angle — designed around the stone, built around the client.
