Primary Bathroom Remodel in Heathrow, Lake Mary

This primary bathroom in the Heathrow community of Lake Mary was a full gut and rebuild inside the home's original footprint. The previous space had maple cabinetry, brown granite countertops, a drop-in corner garden tub, and a dated neo-angle glass shower on light builder-grade tile. We reworked the entire room into a modern, low-maintenance primary bath that makes far better use of the same square footage.

The vanity wall now holds a charcoal double vanity with white quartz countertops and undermount sinks. Matte black widespread faucets, two arched black-framed mirrors, and vertical linear sconces give the wall a clean, intentional look against soft gray paint.

A freestanding soaking tub sits beneath the window, paired with a matte black floor-mounted tub filler and handheld wand. The walk-in shower was rebuilt with large format gray marble-look tile, a frameless glass enclosure on matte black sliding hardware, a built-in tiled bench, a recessed niche, and a basketweave marble mosaic floor. The shower is fitted with a rainfall head, a handheld on a slide bar, body controls, and matte black grab bars. Large format concrete-look porcelain flooring carries through the room and ties the palette together.
