Open Concept Bathroom Remodel Orlando, FL

This Orlando bathroom remodel started with a wall that had no business being there. It split the space in half, pushing the vanity into one cramped area and the tub and toilet into another. Both sides felt dark, disconnected, and way smaller than they actually were.

The wall came out first. That single change opened the entire floor plan and let natural light from the tub window reach the whole room for the first time.

From there every surface was updated. New large-format porcelain tile floors run throughout the space in a clean gray stone pattern. A wall-mounted console sink with open brushed nickel legs replaced the old wood vanity cabinet, keeping the floor open and giving the room a transitional feel that balances modern and classic. White subway tile covers the tub surround from floor to ceiling, with a marble windowsill detail at the window. A recessed penny tile niche sits in the surround wall for storage without disrupting the clean lines of the tile work. A dual-head shower system in brushed nickel was installed above the tub, along with an updated tub spout and valve. The toilet was replaced, new sconce lighting was added above an industrial-style rectangular mirror, and brushed nickel fixtures were carried through every detail.

The palette of white, gray, and brushed nickel keeps everything feeling airy and intentional. Nothing here was an accident.

This one was personal. We completed this project for Ms. Brillante, a former Boone High School teacher who spent years giving to her students. Giving back to people like her is one of the best parts of this work.
