Primary Bathroom Remodel | Oviedo, FL

This Oviedo primary bathroom remodel is a straightforward before and after story where the result speaks louder than words. The original space had a dated garden tub tucked into the corner, a small framed shower with chrome hardware, vinyl tile floors, and a single vanity that felt far too small for the space. The room was functional but nothing more.

Everything came out and everything that went back in was chosen with intention.

The garden tub was replaced with a freestanding soaking tub positioned against the wall with a wall-mount brushed gold tub filler extending from the side. The shape of the tub is sculptural and clean, and in a room this bright it becomes a natural focal point without competing with anything around it.

The shower was rebuilt from the ground up with a new frameless glass enclosure featuring brushed gold hardware. The walls are clad in large format white porcelain tile with a calacatta marble look, featuring bold gray veining that runs floor to ceiling. A recessed niche provides built-in storage, and a multi-function handheld shower head completes the fixture package.

The floor throughout the entire bathroom is a large format marble look porcelain tile in white with soft gray veining that ties directly into the shower wall tile and creates a seamless, cohesive look from one end of the room to the other.

The double vanity features white shaker cabinets with brushed nickel hardware, white quartz countertops, two undermount sinks, and frameless mirrors above each sink. A modern multi-light brushed gold vanity bar provides warm, even lighting across the full width of the vanity.

The walls were painted a soft sage green that gives the entire room a calm, airy quality and ties together the white tile, white cabinetry, and gold fixtures without competing with any of it.
