Home Bar Remodel in Winter Park, FL

This Winter Park bar remodel was a focused refresh that completely changed the feel of the space without starting from scratch. The original bar had dark black walls and existing cabinetry that the client wanted to keep, but it lacked depth and visual interest.

Instead of a full rebuild, we worked within the existing layout and elevated the design through material and feature upgrades. The cabinetry remained in place, allowing the transformation to focus on the elements that would make the biggest impact.

The centerpiece of the update is the red marble countertop. It brings strong movement, contrast, and a level of richness that immediately draws attention and anchors the entire bar area.

Behind the bar, we installed a custom glass block feature wall with integrated backlighting. This replaced the previous dark wall and created a completely different atmosphere, adding depth and a warm glow that changes the feel of the space, especially in the evening.

Lighting was adjusted to highlight both the marble and the glass block, tying everything together while keeping the space functional for entertaining.

The end result is a bar that feels custom and intentional, built off the existing structure but finished at a completely different level.
