This Clermont project was a full interior remodel, taken down and rebuilt from one end of the home to the other. The biggest change was opening up the floor plan. We removed the wall that separated the kitchen from the living area, turning two closed-off rooms into one bright, open great room with new wood-look flooring running continuously throughout.

The kitchen was rebuilt as the centerpiece of that open space. White shaker cabinets wrap the room, topped with quartz counters in a bright white with soft grey veining and carried up the wall as a subway tile backsplash. A new quartz island anchors the center of the kitchen, with a stainless range hood, French-door refrigerator, and slide-in range completing the appliance package. Recessed lighting and a chandelier over the dining area keep the whole space bright from corner to corner.

Both bathrooms were built new. One vanity is a deep navy shaker with a veined quartz top, an undermount sink, and brushed nickel fixtures under a large frameless mirror. The other is a long white shaker vanity with veined quartz and a black-framed mirror. The shower is a walk-in with frameless glass, white subway tile run to the ceiling, a hexagon mosaic floor, and brushed nickel hardware, with a separate tiled tub and shower carrying the same subway tile and a built-in niche.

New flooring runs through every room, and the entire home was painted, with new trim and crown molding throughout, so the finished work reads as one cohesive remodel rather than a series of separate rooms.
